Butler Park West is a small park along the intracoastal waterway near where I live. When I heard they were planning to build condos near the park, I took my camera one fall day to record images of the marsh. I love that this particular marsh area seems to have an ongoing display of colors...they change with the seasons and with the light of the day. Luckily, the condos were set back a ways from the marshy area here. Egrets and herons still spend time wading in the sand as the tide changes.
